L’Impertinent is a one-Michelin-star restaurant located at 5 Rue d’Alsace in Biarritz, led by German-born chef Fabian Feldmann.
After sharpened training under renowned names like Pierre Gagnaire, he brings a creative, rule-bending style to his cooking. The menu features high-quality raw materials—especially fish from Capbreton market—interpreted in bold yet balanced ways, for example scallops with habanero pepper or roast lamb with herb jus and mustard.
