Iraeta Jatetxea is a family-run Basque restaurant in Zestoa (Iraeta), currently led by fourth-generation chef Jon Goikoetxea Etxeberria.
Established in the early 20th century, the place has preserved its warm, traditional atmosphere while refining its cuisine. The menu features seasonal Basque classics: hake in various styles, ribeye / beef rib, tomato salad, artichokes with clams, wild mushrooms with egg, and game dishes when in season.
