Restaurant Boroa is housed in a beautifully restored 15th-century farmhouse in Amorebieta-Etxano, surrounded by centuries-old oak trees, fruit gardens, terraces, and lush natural landscapes. It offers a refined take on traditional Basque cuisine, featuring charcoal-grilled fish, top Galician seafood, and modern interpretations rooted in local flavours.

Chef Javier García leads the kitchen under the direction of María Asun Ibarrondo. Diners can choose from several tasting and fixed menus—weekday “Bizkargi,” more gastronomic “Mugarra,” and a deluxe degustation “Txindoki”—all designed around seasonal, high-quality ingredients.
