Ekaitza sits on Quai Maurice Ravel, overlooking the marina in Ciboure, just steps from the historic Maison Ravel.
Led by chef Guillaume Roget, it showcases French Basque “market cuisine” that respects the product — seasonal and local, often from short supply chains. Signature traits include precise cooking, balanced seasoning, and creative sauces.
