Kaia-Kaipe

Perched overlooking the port of Getaria, Kaia-Kaipe is a family-run restaurant established in 1962, renowned for its excellent grill cooking of fresh fish and seafood.

With sweeping views of the Cantabrian Sea from its main dining room and its terrace (usable both summer & winter), it offers both atmosphere and culinary finesse. They pride themselves on sourcing with care—seafood directly from local waters, seasonal produce, and a live seafood tank.

Their wine cellar boasts over 1,500 labels, matching their grilled turbot, shellfish and kokotxas specialties.
