Koku restaurant

Koku is a Japanese-fusion restaurant founded by chef Yike Feng and his partner Dong Li, located in Pamplona near the Taconera Gardens.

It blends Asian techniques—especially sushi, sashimi, gyoza—with local Navarrese and Basque products, creating creative dishes that feel both familiar and novel. The team emphasizes seasonal ingredients and freshness, integrating Japanese aesthetics with elements from other cuisines.

The décor strikes a balance between elegance and intimacy, making it well suited for both special dinners and casual meals.

After years of refining their cuisine in Navarra, they were awarded a Sol by the Repsol Guide, recognizing their quality, innovation, and warm hospitality.
