La Maison de Pierre is a one-Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant located in the heart of Hasparren, in a charming half-timbered Basque building once used as a pelota court.
Under chef Nicolas Montceau and pastry-chef Julien Bonnal, the restaurant emphasizes local produce, fresh seasonal ingredients, and creative flavor combinations. The menu is a surprise-tasting style with multiple courses, offering well-balanced dishes, bold sauces, and elegant desserts.
