Located in the French Pyrenees, near the border with Spain, La Pierre Saint-Martin is a ski station in the Béarn region. It is part of the commune of Arette and sits at an altitude of 1,500 to 2,200 meters. This resort is known for its scenic landscapes, diverse slopes, and family-friendly atmosphere.
La Pierre Saint-Martin offers 55 kilometers of skiable terrain, divided into 27 slopes of varying difficulty. The station is particularly suited for beginner and intermediate skiers, with a majority of green and blue runs. However, more experienced skiers can also find challenging red and black slopes. The resort features modern ski lifts, including chairlifts and drag lifts, ensuring efficient access to the slopes.
One of the station’s unique characteristics is its well-preserved natural environment, with stunning views of the Pyrenean peaks and the surrounding karstic landscapes. The area benefits from good snow conditions, supported by an artificial snow system that guarantees skiing throughout the season.
