Les Amis is a lively, modern restaurant located in Pamplona’s old quarter on Calle del Pozo Blanco. It opened in 2021, founded by chef Eduardo Llop and sommelier Valentina Hernández, who together bring a joyful and creative energy to their cuisine.
The food is rooted in French technique but enriched with Peruvian and Asian influences, producing surprising and refined plates that change regularly. Signature touches include “minis” (small off-menu bites) and dessert offerings that reflect a passion for cacao and chocolate.
