Molino de Urdániz

Molino de Urdániz, led by chef David Yárnoz, is a two-MICHELIN-star restaurant set in a stone mansion in rural Navarra.

Its cuisine is deeply rooted in Navarra: produce from Tudela, pork from Lekunberri, trout from the Baztan valley, game, herbs, etc. Every dish balances local tradition and innovation, resulting in a refined, thoughtful dining experience that celebrates nature, flavor, and technique.

The building, once a shelter for pilgrims, combines rustic architecture—wood, stone—with sleek, minimalist design touches. The restaurant has two distinct dining experiences: the “Origen” space on the ground floor, more informal with a traditional-leaning menu, and the upper gourmet dining room (only a few tables) where the tasting menu “Clásicos & Evolución” is served.
