Regi is a Basque restaurant in Urduliz led by sisters Iraide and Maitane Somarriba, who carried on the legacy of the original Taberna Regi into a newer, brighter venue in 2019.
It combines traditional Basque cuisine with modern touches, using high-quality ingredients from both land and sea. Stews, fish and shellfish, meat dishes, and creative starters figure prominently.
Regi offers a variety of tasting menus (e.g. Bistró, Degustación, Gastronómico) rather than a fixed à la carte. It offers very good value for money.
