Restaurant Aretxondo is a beautiful Basque farmhouse-style restaurant located in Galdakao, just 9 km from the center of Bilbao, surrounded by oak trees, vineyards, and green fields.
Run by Ricardo Asúa with chef Guillermo Revilla, it blends traditional Basque cooking with creative touches rooted in seasonal, locally-sourced produce — wild fish, meats like sirloin or chuletón, and garden vegetables.
