Al Margen is a relaxed, character-filled restaurant located on Muelle de Urazurrutia 2, near Puente de San Antón in Bilbao.
It’s run by young chefs Adrián Leonelli and Pablo Valdearcos, whose philosophy is “taste through simplicity.” They offer an updated traditional cuisine that’s creative, technically skilled, fun, and heavily focused on fresh, seasonal produce.
