Casa Garras is a family-run restaurant located in Concha, in the Valle de Carranza, Bizkaia, managed by the Llamosas family for over forty years.
It blends traditional Basque cuisine with creative touches, using seasonal, local produce. On the menu are classic dishes such as grilled fish, roasted lamb, chuletón (steak), and the region’s hearty red beans with “sacramentos”, alongside inventive fare and homemade desserts.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, capacity for around 100 diners, with a well-curated wine list, terrace, and dining rooms
