La Table des Frères Ibarboure

La Table des Frères Ibarboure is a Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant set in a beautifully restored, family-run estate of over two hectares in Bidart, Lapurdi.

It is led by brothers Xabi (in charge of the kitchen) and Patrice (pâtissier-chocolatier, Best Pastry Maker of France 2019), combining modern techniques with deep Basque tradition.

Seasonal local produce features prominently: Kintoa pork, Adour salmon, Ossau-Iraty cheese, Espelette pepper, fruits from Mendionde, herbs grown on site. Menus include a mid-day “Coup de cœur”, tasting menus and dessert creations that are especially celebrated.

The dining rooms are elegant, calm and refined, with warm wood tones, design touches, lush green gardens and a serene atmosphere.
