ZAZPI STM is a contemporary Basque-cuisine restaurant located in Plaza Zuloaga, in the heart of Donostia’s Old Town, just by the San Telmo Museum.
It combines two distinct spaces: a lively tavern for pintxos and tapas, and an elegant dining room for more composed meals. Chef Paul Arrillaga leads a menu rooted in local tradition but expressed with modern techniques and flavor combinations, using seafood, meats, seasonal produce and playful touches of creativity.
